Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 7 calendar days of the return label being issued and no later than 14 calendar days from the original delivery date. If the package is not in transit within this timeframe, the return approval and label may be canceled.

Eligible full-price clothing may be returned for a refund to the original payment method if approved and returned in original condition.

Sale, promotional, markdown, and discount-code orders may be returned for store credit only if approved. These orders are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.

Extra discount, clearance, closeout, flash sale, inventory reduction, and Final Sale items are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the same condition received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was an error on our part. Return label costs may be deducted from the refund or store credit when applicable.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
