Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy:

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order.  This is NOT including the time in transit. The estimate delivery date at checking out is not a guaranteed date. It's just an estimate from USPS or UPS. Occasionally, USPS and UPS can delay their services. We're highly suggest that you should order your items two weeks in advance. In that way, the package will have time to get to your destination. 

Please note: during holiday season, USPS and UPS can be delaying their service.  

Pre-order Shipping Policy:
Out of stock pre-orders will take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

Return and Refund Policy:

International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.

Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
BTK COLLECTIONS LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.

If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs. For more information, please see our refunds and returns policy.
