Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. U.S orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS; and International Orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company..
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If it’s missing from your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations
We gladly accept returns on non-sale items if the return process is initiated within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- No stains of any kind
- No smell of any kind (including perfume, smoke, or deodorant)
- Tags must be attached
- Must be returned in the original condition you received it
The return must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code may be approved for return within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions.
Approved returns for these items are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for promotional purchases.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective sale item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement after receiving the damaged item.
After your return or exchange request is approved, the return label is emailed to the email address used on your order.
Please check your inbox, junk, spam, promotions, and updates folders, because return label emails can sometimes be filtered outside of your main inbox.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
Yes, you may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. Email us with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.

No. Please do not ship the item back until you receive the return label and return instructions from BTK COLLECTIONS.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without return instructions may be delayed or may not be accepted.
We require a return reason so we can properly process the request and document the return.
This also helps us understand whether the return is related to size, style, fit, damage, or another issue.
Please securely package the item, attach the provided return label, and drop the package off directly with the carrier.
We strongly recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until the return is fully processed.
If we request additional information and do not receive a response, we may not be able to move forward with the return.

Referral store credit is issued after a first-time customer completes their purchase and the order is not returned. Once confirmed, we’ll apply the store credit as a thank-you.
Yes, minimum purchase is $150. Referral credit applies to qualifying first-time purchases. Orders must be completed and not returned.
